POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
If you need to cancel a booking, please give me at least 24 hours notice. I am rarely able to fill a cancelled session unless I know at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice when you cancel, you will be charged the full fee for your session unless I am able to fill it with another client. The only time I will waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency.
Late Arrivals Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is allotted for you – and ONLY you. I do my best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise and show up for your appointment on time. If you are running late then please have the courtesy to call and advise, I will do my best to ensure you have a full treatment. If you arrive late and I have appointments immediately after, I may only be able to offer you your remaining time, however the full treatment price is payable even on late arrival.
No Shows Policy
Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver treatment. Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent me from providing treatment to other clients. My policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Prior to each massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. You will be asked to sign the consent stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the professional massage therapy policies and procedures. Clients that have not been seen for at least a year may also be asked to fill out this form.
